Job Location: Candidates must be located in the Tampa Bay area. The duties of this position require travelling to our campus locations in Pinellas Park and Bradenton, Florida.
Time Commitment: This is a part-time job. Candidates must be able to commit 10 hours per week.
Premier Nursing Academy is a contract training company for certified nursing assistant (CNA) positions. We are seeking a Social Media Coordinator to create high-quality and engaging content to boost social performance and build brand awareness.
As the Social Media Coordinator, you will leverage our social media platforms to build brand awareness and drive engagement amongst our audiences. You’ll work closely with the Content Marketing Director and Premier Nursing Academy team to post engaging content and increase reach among students. You will interact regularly with our students and play a key role in the development of social media strategies and content.
We’re looking for candidates who:
- Take pride and pleasure in posting social content and engaging on social media platforms
- Thrive when working independently—our small team is accessible, but we work remotely out of Reno, NV and Overland Park, KS
- Are seeking experience in growing social media presence for a brand and learning how social media fits into broader marketing strategy and goals
Typical Job Functions/Responsibilities
Travel to Premier Nursing Academy campuses to engage with students, take photos and videos, create engaging content to share across our social media platforms, and encourage students to post and share to their social feeds
Regularly publish social content and assist in the growth of the Premier Nursing Academy brand through existing social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
Contribute ideas and strategies for new social media platforms (Pinterest, TikTok, YouTube)
Interact with followers and potential students by communicating and answering questions through Premier Nursing Academy’s social pages
Provide creative insight into topics to be included in monthly social content calendar and seek creative ways to spread our message
Collaborate with Content Marketing Director and attend relevant meetings to discuss strategies and deliver feedback on content performance
High-level understanding of various social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, and Tik Tok, and social media analytics
Some customer service experience with proven ability to solve problems
Extremely strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent attention to detail and a high motivation to learn
Ability to travel to our campus locations in Pinellas Park and Bradenton 1-2 times per week
