Dahman Mckinnon

Dahman has been working for the Bradenton Premier Nursing Academy location since October 2020. A graduate of Virginia Tech (Go Hokies!), he has a background in Human Development and served as an Employment Consultant, co-running the Project SEARCH Program. Project SEARCH helps young adults with mental and cognitive disabilities develop an independent working lifestyle.

Now that he’s with Premier Nursing Academy, he says the best part of his job is helping those who otherwise may not have had the best opportunities—through no fault of their own—to achieve whatever ambitions they have set out for themselves.

Dahman says the best piece of advice he’s ever been given is that the only time is the present, so live in it.
