Most institutions offer programs that are longer than they need to be, teach subjects that employers don’t require for jobs, and do so to increase the amount of tuition they can charge students. Students are burdened with the extra cost and take all of the risk of being able to get a rewarding job afterwards.
We don’t believe students should have to enroll in school, front the tuition—likely going into debt to do so—and hope that it will all work out for them.

Our model focuses on connecting our candidates with employers before they begin training. For candidates seeking to enter the healthcare field, we facilitate interviews with our employer partner network. Once there is a mutual match between an employer offering a job and the candidate accepting a position with that employer, we are ready to get you scheduled for classes. We make the admissions process easy – often it can be completed in as little as a week.
For candidates that already work for a healthcare facility but are not yet certified for a clinical care position, we can also facilitate your trainings. If you live in the locations we currently serve, odds are that your current employer is in our sponsor network. If so, we can work with them to coordinate scheduling training in our CNA program. For facilities not yet in our network, we will contact the facility about sponsoring your training.
